Poor organization regarding the registration process for French courses. I was waiting outside the office from 17:25 even though the registration began at 18:00. Thankfully I got a number ticket, but when my turn came up (19.20) they informed me that there is no place for me in the beginners class. I was waiting there for nearly 2 hours without anyone notifying us that the beginners class was filled. It’s so simple! As soon as each class is filled someone should have informed us. Furthermore, this is an action dedicated to help foreigners, but the «responsible guy» for calling the numbers spoke in French! I am really disappointed! I understand the difficulty due to the high demand, however the help they offer is unfortunately the least possible.
